Not Changing, Just Minor Improvements
I decided that I want to pierce my bellybutton this summer, but I want to make sure that my tummy is nice and tone before I go flaunting it, so I decided to start working out and eating better. This is the third day of eating better and I’ve done my workout twice(about to go do my third) and this morning I had to tighten my belt more than usual. I had an instant feeling of accomplishment...
